Just got off the telephone with a potential client. She was in an accident and (of course) the insurance adjuster visited her in her home. (Lawyers get disbarred for showing up, uninvited!). The adjuster just wanted her to "sign a few forms."

Heard a new one today from a new client. She was seriously injured in a car accident. She tried to be reasonable and deal with the insurance claim on her own. After her accident she tried to schedule surgery through her own primary care provider and they were too slow.
